Mr. Guglielmi was admitted to practice in the State of New York in January, 2000.  Also in the year 2000 he was admitted to practice in the Federal Courts before the Western District of New York and the United States Bankruptcy Court.  Mr. Guglielmi is also admitted to, and practices in, the United States Virgin Islands, in both the Superior Court and the United States District Court.  Mark has earned further admissions before US District Courts in Pennsylvania and Illinois as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.
 
Mark joined Feuerstein and Smith, LLP in June of 1997 as a law clerk and accepted a position as an associate upon passing the bar exam.  After working with the firm in all areas of practice, he was made a partner in 2010.  Mr. Guglielmi now focuses his practice at Feuerstein and Smith in the areas of Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Corporate Law, Bankruptcy and Appellate Practice.  Mr. Guglielmi is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association and the Erie County Bar Association.
 
Mr. Guglielmi is a native of Western New York, having grown up in Orchard Park and graduated from Orchard Park High School in 1992.  Mark then attended The University of Dayton, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in 1996. While at Dayton, Mr. Guglielmi was a member of its NCAA Division I wrestling team, and president of its oldest social fraternity, Alpha Nu Omega.  He then attended and graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with his Juris Doctor degree in June of 1999.  Mark now resides in East Amherst with his wife and four children.
